Cycle time on small hollow parts is set by how fast the melt forms, fills and freezes. B5635G's 35 g/10min melt flow attacks all three: parisons drop fast, fill small molds completely at moderate pressure, and freeze quickly in chilled molds.
Lines running household chemical bottles and toys report double-digit percentage output gains when switching from stiffer grades, provided back pressure and temperatures are re-tuned to respect the free-flowing melt.
The resin still delivers good stiffness and ESCR for the class, so the speed does not come at the cost of bottles collapsing in transit or cracking under household chemicals.
