SABIC HDPE M80064 is a narrow molecular weight distribution injection grade that balances rigidity and impact. High density gives the stiffness crates and pails need for stacking, while the narrow distribution keeps parts flat and dimensionally predictable.
Typical applications include turnover crates, trays, industrial pails and technical parts where low warpage matters more than raw flow.

M80064 is differentiated by its molding window: melt at 200-250 °C with tool surface at 15-60 °C covers most crate and pail tools. The narrow MWD limits differential shrinkage, the root cause of warped panels and out-of-tolerance rims.
For multi-cavity crate molds, pack pressure and uniform tool cooling matter as much as resin choice. M80064 forgives moderate variation, holding flatness across cavities so lids mate and crates stack square.
