Blown Film Settings for F00952

F00952 rewards converters who respect its window. Melt at 200-235 °C on a grooved-feed line, blow-up ratio around 4, and a frost line set high enough to let the amorphous network orient before crystallizing lock in the grade's signature balance of stiffness and tear.
Gauge uniformity comes from die temperature symmetry and stable air ring flow rather than from speed. Push output until the bubble wanders and film losing flatness costs more than the extra kilograms gained.
For print work, corona treat to 38-42 dyn/cm right after cooling. The high density surface accepts ink well, which is why F00952 liners print single-pass without primer on most lines.
